Too short to go to prison

Too short my hind leg. I worked as a Corrections Officer in the Missouri Correction system for 20 Years, and I have seen Inmates in our system, shorter than 5'1, including "Baby Rapers" andeven those convicted of sex offenses are usually ok in the system, so long as they keep their mouth shut about what they are in for. We had Protective Custody for those who were in fear of their safety. Inmates convicted of sex crimes were also required to attend Sex offender programs and graduate sucessfully (MOSOP) Missouri Sex Offender program. So that line of this judge that he was too short for prison is Horse Hockey. I think they need a new Judge for this Court.:fire:

If only I could hand down the sentence; it would be just.

Grammatoncleric and everyone else that is outraged
I don't have enough time in my life to say everything I want to but he should go to prison to reap what he sows so to speak if any body needs to be there it is the child molesters if society still hung these guys our tax dollars would not be paying for him now """" while they are on probation""":fire: :fire: :fire: :fire: :fire: :fire: :fire: :fire:

PCGS65: I eat at the same sandwhich shop everyday. They make my club sandwhich just the way I like it. If I could not get my sandwhich then I could not be happy. I doubt the prison would take into consideration my special dietary needs. Do you think they might?

I did notice that even the ACLU is thinking along the same lines as us? When the ACLU thinks you are crazy and to liberal then you have got to pause for a moment and think what is going on?

that's a shame. he would make a nice playtoy for his cellmate. being so petite they could probably make a nice dress for him and get him some lipstick so he could dance for Bubba.

i think he'd make a great prison bitch. :D

Connor: Now you will receive us.
Murphy: We do not ask for your poor, or your hungry.
Connor: We do not want your tired and sick.
Murphy: It is your corrupt we claim.
Connor: It is your evil that will be sought by us.
Murphy: With every breath, we shall hunt them down.
Connor: Each day we will spill their blood, 'til it rains down from the skies.
Murphy: Do not kill. Do not rape. Do not steal. These are principles which every man of every faith can embrace.
Connor: These are not polite suggestions, these are codes of behavior, and those of you that ignore them will pay the dearest cost.
Murphy: There are varying degrees of evil. We urge you lesser forms of filth, not to push the bounds and cross over, in to true corruption, into our domain.
Connor: For if you do, one day you will look behind you and you will see we three, and on that day you will reap it.
Murphy: And we will send you to whatever god you wish.

The BoonDock Saints. We need you!

Do these foolish judges we have seen so much of lately deliver these sentences because they want the notoriety? Is it their time to be in the spotlight? That's the only thing I can think of.

Try something more traditional: sheer foolishness. Some of this zombies are there only because of political payoffs, nepotism, or affirmative action. (Did I say "some?") They are honestly stupid.

Then again you notice this brand of stupidity is becoming a well-entrenched social pattern: the search for new classes of "victims" continues apace and there's a new bleeding heart born every minute.

guys you got it all wrong

If it was my daughter I would have to say I agree one thousand percent with the judges ruling

As long as he is out in the real world and not in jail I would be able to get my hands on him

Guranteed he would not make his first probation visit to the probation officer

they'd have to put out a warrent for his arrest

warrant would never get served because they would never be able to find him since he hiding so well:what:

jke456..... the 3 S's apply here. I sincerely hope that justice is found in
one way or another.

The judge is a threat to her community and needs to be removed. Even she
doubts her own actions yet continued with this great injustice.

Actually, amid the senseless woofing, that's a pretty good point. I wonder if the judge has considered the very real possibility that this guy is in more danger restricted to his house. . . all alone . . . than he'd be in a prison with guards and protective measures. Depends on who it is he's offended, I suppose.

I don't think we need to threaten the Judge, or advocate killing Judges.
She made her decision and will have to live with that career move, unwise as it was.
And the weird little freak, I too imagine life is going to come at him faster than he can imagine now that he is publicly identified.
