They have evidently changed some of their policies. I ordered my Lyman case trimmer from them, and it showed up with no pilots. It was supposed to have nine of them. It was supposed to be one of those repackage deals of theirs. I tried to get them to just send me the pilots. They would not do that. They told me to just throw that one away and they would send me a new one. I told him I didn’t really want to do that. So they refunded my money and told me to just throw it away they did not want it back. so I took nine dollars of the refund, and bought the pilots… I ended up with the trimmer for nothing.
Nice! I got looking at my replacement VS the original. The original packaging, when compared to the new one I just got, has obviously been broken in to. It's now obvious looking at how it SHOULD have been packaged VS how I received it. Someone opened one end and took out the reamer and cleaner bits, then sent the item back. I'd put money on Amazon sending this one out AGAIN on a sale and hoping it sticks! Although at this point the end of the case deburring side is poking through the plastic. It's starting to look really shop-worn. Hopefully they will send it back to Lyman or toss it. But I doubt it.
Now I have to take the original to a UPS store and send it back. That's the only pain. My UPS store is not convenient. I have to go pick up a new gun tomorrow, so I can drop it off on the way.
