Smith & Wesson 586 - no dash, it was my first handgun, bought NIB in 1984. I ran into a financial pinch about 4 years later and sold it. It's the only firearm I truly regret parting with. IMO, it's the finest looking revolver ever produced.
I had sold my Glock 29, about 2004 or 2005, with plans to someday replace it with a Short Frame, someday, as the original large frame Glopcks are just a bit too big for my hands. Well, yesterday, I saw the Short Frame version of a G30s, at a local police supply store. I did not know that a Short Frame version of the G30s had been manufactured, but, there it was. Some inter-webbin’ revealed just how much of a unicorn I had seen, so I returned this morning, and bought it. I had not really considered a Short Frame Glock to be a “bucket list” item, but seeing this one refreshed my memory.
Well, Short Frame Glock does, indeed, fit me well; better than any Glock I have handled. I probably won’t be shooting it very much with my aging, gimpy right hand, but it will be a quite nice lefty gun.
Like you flightsimmer I am a 10mm aficionado. I have 4 of them. All semi-auto. Since I have two Ruger Redhawk .41magnum revolvers I will probably never buy a 10mm revolver, I would however like a chance to shoot one just to compare it to my .41mag's. Here are my 10mm's:FOUND IT !!!!!! I found it on GunBroker thanks to another forum member and here it is with my other 10mm's.

If it’s a bucket list gun, why not go for the real deal.God, i feel out of place.. my bucket list pistol has been the same one since I played Call of Duty: World at War: a Tokarev. I've fired some, and I'm so determined to get one that I've bought mags. I'd like a Yugoslavian M57, but I'd settle for a Romanian one.
And a Ruger Mark IV Hunter.
