I didn't think customer service or warranties were part of the criterion. Frankly, Beretta owners don't need customer service or warranties because their guns don't break. Maybe that's why their customer service (allegedly?) stinks. I mean, oh, great; you'll fix your POS gun or give me a replacement POS gun -- that's actually a Taurus/Glock selling point?
