Yes, that's three rounds in one slightly enlarged hole.

The Round:

.308 175gr. Nosler Custom Competition
44 gr Varget
Winchester Bulk Brass
CCI BR-2 Primer
COAL 2.800

My Remington 700 SPS Tactical, 20" heavy barrel. My reloads or factory ammo, it'll do an inch at 100 yards all day long. That's all the accuracy I need. I pretty much volume reload my 308 rounds, pick a powder (IMR-4895), pick a charge (44.5 grains), slap it together at 2.830" COL and it always delivers an inch at 100 yards. I use Nosler 168 gr HPBT's.

I lost all my rifles in a tragic boating accident so I am in the process of building a 223AI, aka a shooting machine. It should'nt be long now.

The most accurate rifle I've ever owned is an M39 Mosin Nagant, made in Finland in 1941. The first time I took it to the range, 4 out of 5 bullets cloverleafed a single hole in the target at 100 yards.

amlevin that rifle is fantastic, and whoever shoots it must be good too :D
I hope to have a nicer rifle one day, but If I restock and rebarrel my Howa with a bell and carlson and a krieger heavy barrel it will drive tacks.. more?
it already does well.
but love that gun, good shots.
next time you go out take your targets and tape them to cardboard before shooting, It makes the holes look perfect.
