Either my M-1 Garand, my M-1 Carbine or my 16" Marlin .357 mag carbine. My $2400 AR is a great rifle, but it doesn't tug at my heart strings.

Browning A-bolt white gold medallion

that is my favorite- it's 300wsm and has a leupold on it!

I would have to go with my Ruger 10/22. In my opinion, its quite possibly the funnest (is that a word) gun in the world. Give me a couple bricks of ammo and some aluminum can watch out. Fun ain't the word for it:D

Old Remington 512 with a ancient Weaver G6 scope. First rifle I ever owned, still use it regularly and it shoots right up there with some of the high priced production rifles made today.

i know i altered a piece of history, but i can always alter it back...

you know what they say, history is bound to repeat itself...

Probably my Finn-marked 1894 Chatellerault Mosin. Just thinking of the twists and turns in its probable history makes me chuckle. Plus, I paid cash and walked out with it. Antique, don't you know.

My SL8-6. It's reliable, accurate, and I have three rails with three different sight systems that I can pop on and off as I wish. I know that many like to convert these to G36 look-alikes, but I like this gun stock. It was also my 50th birthday present from my wife and daughter, so this one will always be special.

Tough question! M1 Carbine, Garand, and my Erma-Iver Johnson 22 carbine in a three way tie.

This is probably my favorite rifle. I love shooting it prone and making pretend that I'm a Russian sniper. lol

Well, I couldn't decide on a single favorite.

My Henry lever-action is light, smooth, and I'm getting 3-inch groups at 100 yards with a busted old $16 scope and $13-a-box Winchester Bulk El Cheapo.

I've put a lot of effort into my AK, and it's exactly how I run everything else--all the essential, with nothing hanging off it.

If I had to pick one, I'd go with my Izhevsk M44. Simple, accurate, old as dirt, and ye gods does it speak with authority.

my fathers rem mohawk 600 222 out of the box no vent rib on this gun dad had it refitted to shoot 5.56. has a ednar 3-9x32 on top. a great coyote rifle. and the wood on the stock makes it a great looking rifle. thanks dad for leaving it to me. robert recic 6-30-1932 to 4-14-o4

my 3 favorites: an origional 1903 made april, 1921 at springfield (cosmoline soaked through the stock befor i bought it), a savage M112BV with leupold FX-III 12x40mm scope, and a stevens M53B "buckhorn rifle" bought during the depression by my great grandfather, which is my absolute favorite.
