Border Patrol Complains About Volunteers

I don't understand what the Border Patrol and the bleeding hearts are complaing about. The focus of the MM Project is to observe the border and report anyone crossing the U.S. border from Mexico. They aren't there to shoot, arrest, or detain anyone. If the Border Patrol was really serious about stopping illegal immigration, shouldn't they welcome the extra eyes?

There have in fact been a couple of clips of MM who are armed. Not an issue as they are not in violation of any laws.

The MM project is just another political demonstration aimed at getting the govt to do their job. It is working.
Media is covering it like any other protest that they don't care for.
Doing thier best to discredit and belittle as much as possible.

The fact that it made the news at all is a victory.
There are only 2 things that can make it more effective.

#1 Rescue some BP guy when he gets his @$$ in a crack.

#2 Get into a confrontation with and render into custody an illegal from the middle east.

If either of those happen MM wins without a question irrespective of any media coverage.
Otherwise they have already made their point.

I heard on the radio yesterday on my way into Albuquerque that the Gov of NM called the MM a group of vigilanti's.

Don't pay too much attention to Richardson.
Unless specifically coached on something he seems to generally get it wrong.
A shame that we couldn't get better candidates her but, thats government.
