Dealing with an armed creeper

So my girlfriend has this issue.

Her fathers friend is a shooting instructor at her local range and ccw permit holder. Issue is this guy is creepy in a way horror movies and video games cannot create.

The jokes about shooting her, looks for any excuse to touch her, keeps trying to get her number, among other stalkerish things. He also has the whole date rape aura coming on.

And since this is her parents friend they think it's all a joke and think nothing of it.

She lives with her parents for the same reason I do. Money is light. She also Failed her last year of highschool so she has to go for another year.

Her parents do not know I'm a CCW permit holder. And neither does he. Though I know he would more than likely behave if I'm Around.

I doubt I would need to draw iron on him, though I'm not taking the risk of needing it and not having it.

We want to press charges on him for sexual harassment. Going about gathering the necessary information to convict him is the issue.

It started when she was 17, Became worse over the years

How should we go about gaining the information needed to convict him, and making sure he never holds a gun ever again.

SHE needs to speak to her parents.

They don't listen. So that's why i'm involved more than just support.

They look at it like its no biggie

This is a matter for her, her parents, a lawyer and maybe even the police. THR is not really equipped to provide the answers you need. This is a serious situation that is outside of the scope of THR. If they are not listening, then you need to talk to the police. And seek a lawyer if you can.
