I'll bet church going people will carry now after today.
Maybe, maybe not. Plenty of people view an event like this shooting to be "The will of God" that is no different than if a church bus had crashed and killed a bunch of people.

Like a broken record. I am so sick of hearing his face make noise.Just heard Obama speak " another example of how easy guns are to get, we must do something about this "

It takes a special type of person to use the murder of innocents for political gain.Just heard Obama speak " another example of how easy guns are to get, we must do something about this "
Turns out that the kid used a .45 that his Father gave him in April for his 21st birthday. Oh boy, that will go over big with the anti gunners. Get ready for another round of gun ban hysteria.
That's essentially what the guest ex-judge on Fox said this AM -- that the shooter reportedly reloaded a number of times while apparently none of the victims and potential victims were armed to fight back.Apparently guns weren't easy enough to get.... as none of the people shot in the church had one.
I heard that Hilary Clinton was at this very church talking to the preacher just days before this happened. Can anyone confirm that? That seems odd if that is true.
You can only serve Him while you're alive on this world.I have seen this thread on here for a long while,... wanted to reply to the question after thinking on it real hard. Conflicted with the two sides, House of God vs self defense, I had hesitated to reply. The events of last night settled the debate. Yes, I will carry. I figure if the good Lord don't want me to respond, he will make me victim #1.
Hey, "never let a good crisis go to waste", right?Just heard Obama speak " another example of how easy guns are to get, we must do something about this "
According to one news report, the incident happened in a "gun free zone".

Court records show that Roof has one felony drug case pending against him...
The father has some legal issues there if knowingly transferring a firearm to someone under a felony indictment. IIRChttp://news.yahoo.com/south-carolina-church-shooter-suspect-got-gun-birthday-142936218.html#
Roof's father gave him a .45-caliber pistol for his birthday this year...
If the father knew that Roof was under indictment for a felony drug charge, and if that crime has a possible sentence in excess of one year, the father broke this federal firearms law. Depends greatly upon the date of each incident (birthday gift vs. felony indictment).https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/922
