The .31 Pietta and the .44 Pietta Remmies with my Cold Steel Bushmen knives, Small one is wrapped with 150 yds of high test braided line for emergency goofing off at lake or stream side :D ponds too. companion_zpsa02jasn0.jpg Larger blade is straight paracord wrap.

Bought the same gun from Cabelas this Christmas for $199, they were $250-300.00 on line. Just couldn't pass it up!
Here are Two of my 1858s' purchased at a Cabela's where they hate BP handguns, they don't even display them anymore. The case hardened with chekcered grips is holstereled, it was 239, the blued one was 199, boring as brick and twice as reliable. Shot it once, decided the pretty one was my girl, and gave the blued one to a hard working friend who was trying to save up for a steel frame, owning and loving a brassy Navy .44 Pietta. But who doesn't want more KABOOM? :D
The 1851 is of course my .36 Pietta. Cutlass is Cold Steel and a fine tool for clearing sticker bushes UNLESS they are covering metal or say, tombstones, That sort of thing or concrete may nick your blade all up.

Backyard ranges are the best. Nice grouping!

"I made that"
No sir, for a 1858 remington Sheriff's model. I could trace it out for you and measures the width\thickness if required.
What would want to make another one? It's really nice. I'd consider myself lucky to have one
