Beretta 92. I sold it, and bought another Beretta 92.I know I know its a sickness. I fell in love with them in the military. I was in the Navy so we didnt get to play with guns much. I still love them.

Had a old Daisey pump BB gun at 6 and my Dad bought me a H&R Topper .410 single shot hammer gun at 10. 48 years later it's still one of my most treasured possessions along with the memories of hunting with my Dad and uncles........

first gun

My Dad got me a Stevens single shot 20 ga for Christmas, then a Marlin 99-M2. I recently reaquired a 99 M-1 and I am looking at a H&R 20 ga tamer. It's going full circle.;)

I was 12, my brother was 14 and my other brother was 16. We each pitched in $25 for a Marlin Model 60 at a garage sale. When each of my brothers left home, I 'bought out' their shares. 3 years ago I gave it to my sister on her 18th birthday. She still has it. First I ever purchased on my own was a Winchester Model 94 Classic with octagonal barrel, gold plated cartridge door and scroll work around the receiver. I still have it. It will someday become my son's.

Remington 870 and s&w 910s. The 870 is rusted and in pieces. The 910s is collecting dust with maybe a couple of hundred rounds through it.
This account has been collecting dust as well.

First gun received- .410 shotgun by American Arms. It is a single shot and was given to me by my dad on my 12th birthday. The first gun I purchased was an M91/30 Mosin Nagant. I destroyed it when I didn't clean it after shooting a bunch of corrosive ammo through it. Live and learn.

A Belgium-built Browning Sweet Sixteen from my grandfather. That is, if I don't count the 3-4 pellet rifles and BB guns that I had prior to obtaining what is, and will forever be, my favorite gun; the Browning.

My first gun other than a pellet rifle was a Mossberg 500. No frills, no special grips, stocks or magazine tubes.

I traded it with my Officer buddy for his first rifle. A plain old SKS.

Mainly on a whim, really. He was looking for something more substantial than his 20 gauge and we realized I had been lusting after a rifle with cheap ammo for a while and well ... we just kinda handed over.

My first real gun was NEF Pardner .410 my Dad gave me for my 12th birthday. It's still gets to bag a tree rat or rabbit now and then but spends most of it's time in my safe. The first gun I purchased myself was a S&W SW99 .45 acp as a 21st birthday present to myself, 5k plus rounds later I traded it straight up for an XDsc .40cal.

First gun - Stevens Model 26 Crackshot. Grandpa traded raspberries for it during the depression. Dad lost it in the river and dove until he found it. Then it was mine and now my son's. It took a thousand coon survived a bulged barrel when a bullet fired on primer only followed by another with the originals stuck in the barrel. Replaced the extractor twice, the roller once. Shot it last year just for old times sake and then put it back on the wall.

A 1948 marlin 336r.c. 30-30 that my great grandpa bought new, shot less than 5 rounds through and was eventually handed down to me when i was 14 (dad and grandpa dont hunt) and to this day still has less than 2 boxes of ammo through it. My son is due in September (first kid) and I'm going to pass it right down the line to him at the right age for a first deer rifle.

my first gun was a mossberg 500 combo with a 28" ribbed barrel, and a 24" rifled barrel with scope mount on the day of my 18th birthday from the fiance now wife. shortly after for Christmas that year i was gifted a savage mk II .22lr from the old man. then i turned around and got my first bought a marlin model 60 .22lr. then i bought my first handgun at a local gunshow a few months after my 19th birthday a RIA 1911 in 9mm. :D needless to say its been just over a year and a half and i have managed to somehow get 4 and still searching for more. and yes i still have them all lol.

My mom bought me a 20 gauge Remington youth single shot break open when I was 12 and ready to start deer hunting. I chose the 20 gauge instead of a 12 because I was worried about the kick :) (I tree stand hunted and didn't want to fall out).

I still have it and hope to pass it down to my kids some day (when I have kids).

My first firearm was a self purchased 9 shot 22LR H&R revolver. The year was 1966. In 1971 I got my first permit to carry concealed.

First gun was a gift, 20ga 870 Rem. Express Magnum, youth model. I sold it to a buddy who has a small wife, with the option to buy it back if he should ever not want it. I bought it back because I want my kid to have it.

First bought gun was a Para-Ordnance double stack "1911." What a piece, sold it and never looked back.

1st gun i bought was a mossburg 500 slug gun the day i turned 18:D the day i turned 21 i bought a ss ruger redhawk 44mag 7 1/2'' barrel:cool: an i still have them.

Ruger 10/22. Stainless over hardwood, and beautiful. Purchased at the Wal-mart in Kerrville, TX (which was the nearest 'big city'- over 20,000 people, less than an hour away!). I loved that gun. I miss that gun. After a new pig rifle, that has to be my next purchase, now. I need one. My wife will blame YOU.:neener:

Glock 26. 3rd gen.

Purchased new by me in 2005. It is currently my primary carry gun.
