Theoretically, my favorite is the G17L, but I have never held one in my hands, much less shot one. I did own a Gen2 G24 that I liked. I never could quite learn to love the .40 in Glocks, however, and when I dumped my G22 duty pistols, in favor of the SIG P229R in .40, I sold all of my then-remaining Glocks.
I really tried to learn to love my G29, but it was just a bit too big for my hands. With the advent of Short Frame and Gen4 solving the grip size issues for me, I could, potentially, return to 10mm Glocks.
The Gen4 G19 does have great utilitarian appeal for me, and I just bought my second one. Until the Gen4, Glocks fit my left hand quite well, but were notably less-suited for my right hand; my hands are, indeed, built differently. With Gen4, I now have a good fit in both hands. The G19 is a good size for concealment on my skinny self, with the grip frame being just the right length for all of my fingers to fit, and the grooves are in the right place, which is amazing to me. (Grooves on most handguns have been a quite ill-fitting experience.) The bad: The G19 is light enough that 9mm recoil can hurt my arthritic right wrist. This is not the gun's fault, but it means a larger model is better for range sessions, and a pistol I shoot more often is likely to become more-favored.
So, this brings me back to a G17L being a theoretical favorite, though I am unsure if there will be any Gen4 G17L pistols produced, so perhaps a Gen4 G34 will become my future favorite, with the Gen4's better fit in both hands, a longer-than-G17 sight radius for eaiser aiming, and weight/mass to soak-up recoil, for a gentler muzzle flip that would be better for my arthritic right wrist.
