what's "good?"

Join the NRA, USPSA, or IDPA and shoot in some matches.
They keep score, assign you to a class depending on your ability, and there is no doubt about what is good and what is ordinary for their respective styles of shooting.

Yup, the score card is more indicative of what you can do than is a keyboard.
I think a lot of posters in this thread are shooting better with a keyboard than a handgun.
You never know who you will run into on the Web. FWIW, a Bill Drill (6 shots) in 1.75 seconds or a pair COM in under one second is no big whoop for some folks. Of course, that's from Kydex not a Level 3 holster. :)

Pistol, or revolver? Target gun or carry gun? Centerfire or rimfire? Shooting a pistol in self defense at more than 15 yards is a scary thought. I practice my ccw at 5 yards, My shotgun at 20 yards, and my SHTF rifle at 50 to 100 yards. I can hit a milk cap at 200 yards from a sandbag with my hunting rifle-weatherby vanguard in 7mm rem mag. Yeaaaaahhh Me!

I'm happy with "minute of paper plate" accuracy shooting offhand at 25 yards with most general use handguns I own. At 7 yards, just like to do it faster.

Thinking about it, using SA or rested, hitting soda cans works for me at least.
