What's your favorite handgun caliber?

My fave -- 45 acp because it's just so versatile. Lately tho, I've been on the shelf and haven't shot since March by the time I get back to it, I hope ammo is plentiful & CHEAP again

I'm a big fan of the .45 caliber, but I think it really depends on what you're planning to use it for.

I'm assuming we're talking about home defense when I say .45.

I've seen a 9MM go through a person and multiple interior walls.

It makes me nervous when I think about my kids just a few walls away.

Think I have more .45's than any other handgun caliber.

But I tend to shoot my 9mm more.

That's probably saying something.

But honestly between .45ACP, 9mm, .357 magnum , .44 magnum , and 22LR its kind of a toss up. I even LIKE shooting my old Colt .25.

I don't own a .40, don't see a need for one.

My Favorite

I love each and every one that I own. I guess my favorite is my 9mm M&P,followed by my Model 19 Combat Magnum 38/357 ,1911A1 45 ACP, and last but not least my Super Blackhawk 44 Remington magnum.The sentimental favorite is the Governmet 45. My reason is that it was purchased fron the DCM for the unbelievable price of $15. I think that it was including shipping for that price. I am pretty sure it came by US Postal Service in the good old days. This was when Democrats were still the good guys And not anti-Gun.Does any body else remember those days?

Semi: 9mm, .38 Super, .45acp, 10mm

In a levergun: .357 Mag, .44Mag.
