This one. View attachment 951404I carry it every day, shoot 50 or so rounds through it every week and after somewhere in the range of 3000 rounds it's never had a hiccup.
Flaw? The ugly-duckling "tribal" graphics. Haven't been brave enough to try to remove them yet. Still trying to figure out what tribe Sig thinks I belong to.

Those grips look a lot like the special run Sig did a few years back to honor a remote tribe up in the hills of East Nigiboo. I think they went by C'monahwanashootshoo.

I carry it often but not as much as it deserves. It is definitely one I will never part with and will always be in my bug out arsenal

It's pretty easy for me because I only own a few handguns.
I can't imagine how difficult it is for you guys with 50 or more in the stable.

Today this one is my favorite...a Plain Jane Colt from the mid-1980's...one of the original "Special Combat" line with an extremely low 3 digit serial number: COMBAT 0xx

I remember seeing ads for the Centaur Quadracomp barrel system and wondering if it was all that. Good to hear that it was the real deal and worked as it's supposed to. Years ago I picked up a Colt Gold Cup Match barrel and bushing and that barrel made any 1911 I put it in a real tack-driver as well!

My most accurate Colt for many years is still my Combat Commander, part of a limited run from Colt's Custom Shop. With 185 gr. match ammo it has no problem keeping up with a Colt Gold Cup shot for shot! It's also my choice for my favorite handgun.
