I would also point out that this also bans off duty police officers from carrying as well... bet they love that.
That being said, concealed is concealed. It not a legal sign. I don't try to make mention of the fact that it isn't, why force them to change it? Besides being hard to see, it clearly does NOT apply to CHL holders. If they were smart enough to find it then they should be smart enough to post it correctly if they feel they don't want legal guns in their establishment.
I carry there. The law SPECIFICALLY states what a legal sign is. They chose not to follow this. To me (and my lawyer) this is just another ghostbuster sign. I am not saying that if by some itty bitty chance that you may get arrested, but it would be false arrest. It would be the same as getting arrested for running a stop sign that was posted POTS and in green. There are laws on how signs have to be displayed correctly to be enforceable. This is clearly not.
If the place gets shot up by some gang banger and you "could have helped" you have no legal responsibility to do so either. Pardon the French, protect your own ass, let those who choose to follow a different path have their rewards when it's due, good or bad.
