Do you have ammo for all the guns you own?

I try to keep a good amount of .22,.357,.45,.223, 30-30 and 12 Gauge. The rest I just keep a box or two for, mainly in case I want to use something different to hunt with spur of the moment. However with all the "Thousand rounds is the fewest I have in any caliber, and that is for a gun that hasnt been invented yet" going around, I feel pretty inadequate.
 
I actually do not own any ammo for my Mosins :eek: But other than that, everything has plenty of ammo for it.
 
Yes, of course!

I try to keep at least 500 rds for my 9mm pistol and 100 rds for my M1 Carbine.

Hard to find ammo for the M1 Carbine now, would like to shoot it more but don't want to deplete my reserve.
 
Yes, some more than others. I might have one or two boxes of .410, shells, for example, but I have LOTS of .22LR. I even have some ammo for guns I no longer own, like 28-gauge.

410 Bore Shotgun (1 handgun) 25 rds
12 Gauge Shotgun (2 shotguns) 50 rds
45-70 GOV (2 rifles) 100 rds
308 WIN (1 rifle) 50- 75 rds
7.62x54R (2 rifles) 200-400 rds

These are the only calibers that I currently have guns for and I keep a supply for each gun in varying quantities.

the quantities listed are normally what I have on hand at any given moment.
 
All with the exception of my .338 Win Mag and the little .25ACPs. I carry quite a bit of ammo for all of my other long guns, and pistols Not so much for my shotguns though.
 
I'm in the "ammo for guns I don't have" camp. But I used to have guns for it.

I think the only useful gun without ammo is the Mosin. It still makes an excellent war club, spear (with bayonet), boat oar, tent stake, hammer, or pry bar.

I too have ammo for guns I no longer own...
 
I try to keep at least 100 rds for each gun, much much more than that for the carry/hunting/frequent use target guns. I'm only short on .45-70.
 
I have at least 200 per caliber. Although I have a few more than that in .22. The boss finally noticed that the .22 boxes I've been buying were 550 instead of 50 and I'm 'banned' from buying .22 until some of the 3000 get used up. (would that put me on the 'watch list' in CA?)

I did finally send my orphan bullets to good homes so I now only have bullets for guns I still own.
