ID this gun please

Can anybody ID this gun:



Not mine, not my photo, I don't have access to anything other than the pic posted. I googled around but was unsuccessful. Apparently there are no markings on the gun except for '9mm Luger' on the receiver.

So, what is it

Can't say I've seen one before, but it looks too much work to be a "one of" or prototype, so it would have to be a production item; do you know which mags it takes? It appears to be largely based on the Tec-9.

it looks a bit like a Russian KEDR submachine gun, but its not. I have never seen this particular firearm but it is similar to several submachine similiar to it.

as for the ugliest gun I dont know the Georgian Gorda SMG is super ugly. So is the Owen Gun.

It bears a strong resemblance (injection moulding wise) to something that Intratec would have produced. The sights look very similar too.
