OK, now the .45 GAP has the look of being successful, Springfield is making the XD in it, the major ammo companies have a bunch of loads out. So you just know what is coming, don't you?
The .40 S&W was necked down to the .357 SIG, the .380 was necked down to the .32 NAA, the .45 ACP was necked down to the .400 CorBon, so I predict that the .45 GAP will be necked down to .40 caliber. And since .400 CorBon is taken, it will just have to be called the .400 Bart, for obvious reasons.
