I paid $373.63 (Tax included) in December 2018 If I recall correctly mags are around 35-40 dollar range.I'm thinking the $549 might be a bit high but it comes with the range bag and 5 magazines

So that is over 105-120 in mags. A bag? 10-50 depending on how nice or cheap.
So the price is close enough given the current situation. Even though the gun doesnt check any of the ban tick marks.
Course you already snoozed on the deal and its likely already gone.
Your right, I waited too long. But he took my number will text me. Seems pretty certain he can get more by spring. To be honest after dropping $600+ for the Kimber and ammo i'm not sure i'm ready to spend another $600 for the S&W this soon. Spring works for me.btw he won't come down on the price says he can sell all he can get at that $I paid $373.63 (Tax included) in December 2018 If I recall correctly mags are around 35-40 dollar range.

Well I just found out about the recall glad I didn't buy it now I have no idea whether that gun he was selling was part of the recall or not I assume that if I wait until the spring what he gets back in stock will be okay?!
I kind of see the thumb safety is overkill since both models have the grip safety what is your feeling about that?At my local LGS the gun sells for $485 in 9mm and $435 in 380 and they currently have them in stock. The price you quoted with five mags sounds like a good deal. Spare mags are hard to find.
I bought a 380 EZ as a teaching aid and find it to be a magnificent example of an easy to rack, disassemble and clean, and a reasonable size for carry or home use. I am really impressed with S&W's offering.
It does come with and without a thumb safety.
Good question. Being a 1911 fan my thumb is always riding the safety so I bought one in that configuration. In reality, if I had it to do over I may have gone the other way. It is a redundant feature. If there is any potential for someone else to get their hands on the gun it may give you time to intervene and disarm but I always think worst case when it comes to guns.I kind of see the thumb safety is overkill since both models have the grip safety what is your feeling about that?
Story of my life I had a chance to go to the original Woodstock but wouldn't go because I didn't want to give up my crappy jobIn 9mm they are $549 in Dunham's and only come with one magazine. Spare magazines when you can find them in stock are $40 to $50 each. You should have jumped on it.
Well done.Is there any of that online stuff I should watch out for avoid?
