My Winchester 127 gr, +p+ 9mm rounds have been clocked at 1285 fps out of three different guns. This is the lower end of 357 mag ballistics. And this bullet expands and retains most of it's weight for good penetration. MANY actual police shooting have shown this to be true, with good 'stops'.
