.45&TKD.....yeah I was pissed to find that out myself. Seems different states have different laws but in FL the laws favor pawnbrokers as they "are running a legit business". The other alternative is fighting it in court which means time away from work and possible courts costs. My $250 guitar I found, had to pay $50 for what the guy paid for it and $80 for my laptop which for a $250 guitar and a $400 laptop of course I'm going to pay that to get iy back.
Unfortunately my other stuff is not returned or found yet which most of all I want my two American stratocasters back because one I had since 15 and the other is a discontinued pricey model. And I won't hesitat to buy those back if I have to.
Gelgoog....might have been the same, this one I got early 2008, I use to live on gunbroker 'till I bought my house and that made funds redirected but I have only seen one other listed a few months ago and it wasn't in as good as shape and the seller wanted alot for it.
