Yeah Jim, I had kind of mentally glossed over intent until you had mentioned it here. It makes a lot of sense for people who carry to understand how it's applied daily in courts and how it applies in a real scenario.
This latest post of yours about controlling the weapon when doing a take away is great info too. I think most people are like myself and wind up using a red gun in the dojo while thinking "ah, I'll never have an ND taking someone's gun" or just don't consider it at all.
