Even I coming from the land of the tea know no loded weaons at at stuff i dont want to hit.

if someone did that could one legally draw a ccw on the,?

I never shoot at public ranges ..have given some thought to useing an indoor range some day ..but after reading this ..I`ll stay in the woods .
One thing for sure you can fix ugly but ya can`t fix stupid .

In competition you'd be DQ'd on the spot. At that range sounds like you could get your head blown off. There are no second chances with firearms, I would have had them tossed at first slip up. I have never shot at any range
that was that lax with safety.
