Do you have pro-gun bumper or window stickers?

I don't wear my viewpoints on my vehicle, shirt or cap.

Realistically, in the unlikely event a complete stranger is curious what I think or how I feel they can ask me.

Sometimes when you advertise, you attract unwelcome attention.

Not really. Not terribly against it, just haven't gotten around to it.

Won't do it to the car that doesn't have properly functioning door locks--that just begs for trouble imho

I don't have a pro-gun bumper sticker on my vehicle for the same reason I don't have a Harley-Davidson decal -- I don't advertise what I have at home for the BG's. I've read this several times in the motorcycle mags and think it's a good idea. For the same reason, no one but my wife knows I have a CCW and carry. Instead, to express my opinions I write my congressmen..........not that it does any good, though........

I am overtly political in many ways. One of them is that I have a variety of stickers on my car ranging from a

Bush/ Cheny '04
Lars Larson (local talk show host)
to a RKBA white circle,
to Oregon Firearms federation
Mitt Romney '08
Terrorist Hunting permit

I am not too worried about the theft issue and I feel it fun to share my view point. Of course others have no duty to pay any attention to my viewpoint. I also love parking my truck at school where every 2nd car has some sort of leftist nut-job sticker.

The only sticker I have on my car is one to remind me to change the oil. I do not put bumper stickers on any vehicle I own ever and it's not because of theft concerns.

The back of my truck is plastered with many stickers, somewhere between the one for Save Tibet,a bunch of surfing and motorcycle ones and one promoting vegetarianism, there are SIG Sauer To Hell and Back Reliability,Glock Perfection,FN,S&W,NRA and my local gun club stickers...and an American flag.So far,not a single liberal has taken much offense to them and cried, no cops have singled me out for harassment and no criminals have followed me home. Here in MA,I'm just another yahoo with a bunch of stickers on an SUV;truth is I doubt 98% of people even look at em.

No stickers for me.
Also don't advertise what kind of stereo is in the truck.
Just don't believe in telling thieves my vehicle may be worth breaking into...

have a "no sticker" policy for my vehicle. I don't put any types of decals or stickers on it, political or otherwise. I just don't like to wear my politics on my sleeve, so to speak.

Amen to that. Never had a bumper sticker on any car I've owned, never will.

Nyet, tovarish!

Such things would draw entirely too much notice from both criminals and cops. Imagine getting pulled over here in Kali with a NRA sticker on your car.

<Cop> You got a gun in the car?
<Me> Nope.
<Cop> Can I search?
<Me> Why? It's just a traffic stop. Is there anything to indicate the presence of a gun?
<Cop> Your bumper sticker.
<Me> Well, no gun here! Get a warrant.

(cue pissed off cop writing me a ticket for whatever he possibly can and doing whatever he can to get PC. )

Seriously, on one hand I do see where it'd be good to advertise... but on the other hand, it could backfire pretty unpleasantly. :fire::cuss:

I don't put stickers of any kind on my cars, but it is not out of being paranoid, I just don't like the look of them.
