Favourite Handgun?

Hi, Ladies and Gentlemen:

I am new to this forum. "Hi" to everybody! Thanks for accepting me as new THR member.

That's a tough question. It's hard for me picking a favourite from my current battery, as I have gotten rid of most guns I didn't like so much over the years. Still, if I have to pick just one I have to go with my

LES BAER PREMIER II .45 ACP 5"

My LB is an earlier production model, serial number LB2XXX. This gun never has malfunctioned, but the newer ones I own seem to be equally as dependable. Time will tell. What appeals to me the most is that a good 5" Government Model can serve for many purposes.

The Ruger OM Blackhawk in .41Magnum I've packed since the early '60s. It's been on my side so long it virtually leaps to hand when I think of it. It's dang near an extension of my arm and has kept me alive a couple times. I'll sell all else but this one if that time comes.
