Stealing pistols from a gunshop would be illegal. Luckily, I already own and carry a Glock 21, so in that situation I would not need to waste time entering the shop to grab a G21 (and run into a firefight between several of the previous posters in this thread).

Well first of all I'd grab all the ammo I could possibly carry or drag for the gun I was carrying when I went into the shop.

Then I'd go for an AR or a Shotgun

Same for me But I wouldnt leave the shop unless I had to.

Funny thing is I think the missles were fired the night before his Impeachment trial was set to start. He wanted Lewinsky off the front page soooo bad. Plus he had been forced to sleep on the couch by the ***** while on vacation on Martha's Vineyard so he needed an "emergency" to run back to DC; I think he had a craving for more pizza too.

How many missles were fired? Some say the total for the operation to miss a tent ran the taxpayers around $70 MILLION. How about next time we send in a sniper with a $1 bullet? Yeah, I know, not PC...

What new gun would you trust with your life?

FWIW, I would take, in this order, a HK USP, a Beretta 92/96, a Sig P22x, or a Glock. But I hope I will have my Kimber Eclipse Custom II 10mm available so I will not have to resort to looting a gun store, since if I were the chief of police, that is the store where I would be putting on a show of force against looting, not Wal-Mart. I doubt that the looters would be signing a waiver stating that they only planned on using their newly-stolen purchases for self-defense on their property. You should be prepared before the SHTF.

S&W 686+ or Glock 19 or Makarov (decreased of course).

Carried a 686+ and the Glock recently when had to evacuate during Rita. Hadn't been to the range in awhile so chose 2 guns I was ABSOLUTELY confident would go bang! once the trigger was pulled.

That and the availability of ammo....can get .38/357/9mm pretty much anywhere.
