Glock or Glock

I say glock, because of the knock down power....

I once heard a glock 17 could knock a horse of its feet...

You don't want a Glock. You want a Glock! For my part, my favorite Glock is whichever from my own Glocollection that I have in my hand at the moment. :)

Edit to add a pic of my Glocollection:

The Glock 18 may be a tad on the expensive side.

I saw one at the Small Arms Review for $1800. I paid more for a suppressed HK UPSc.

The trick with Glock 18s isn't the cost. It's the getting your hands on one that's dicey. Only LE and SOTs are allowed, and even then it's not that simple.

I guess for what it is it's expensive. But compared to a full-auto AK-47 at around $15k, it's cheap.

Please don't mix status levels.

A Post 86 dealer sample is gonna be cheap, because they can't be sold to the unwashed.

You can get an genuine AKM (the 'real deal' with full auto and everything) from Century for $150 if you're an agency or dealer who services agencies. The Glock 18 is priced similarly.

If you could find a Glock 18 registered before 1986 (which is virtually impossible), it'd be a 5 digit price, easily.

At the risk of going off-topic, I'm going to think outside the box a little and suggest Glock.

Glock 21

I have a Glock 21 that I love so I went out to buy another Glock and got myself another Glock 21.
I hope to buy yet another Glock in the future and chances are good that I will pick up another Glock 21

Going to have to go with LeMat. My sister's boss is a Navy SEAL and they use those all the time doing amphibious landings in Afghanistan. The 20ga barrel comes in handy if a tank rolls around.

I'd go with the best Glock they make, the 19.

Recently a friend asked me a similar question. I pointed him to the Glock 19 and he's been happy ever since. I only own one Glock at the moment, and only two Autoloaders. Yes, it's a Glock 19 and a 1911.

I've had the 19, 36 and 34. Now I'm thinking of getting a 32/33 combo and a 26 as a BUG to my 19. I'm more of a Revolver guy.

G19 or G23. Used to carr 23 but with ammo costs switched to a 19. Loaded up with +P+ I figure I can still ruin the bad guys day.
