Be able to "feed" my shooting hobby in retirement (January 2018)

Just sold my Rossi 357/38 and 44mag,GP100,Sub2k,338 win mag and a .270 and I maybe put a dent in my weapons although I did add a Windham AR 7.62x39 and a X95...While I'd like to add a Ruger Single ten and some kind of .357/38 levergun, I also want to thin the herd. Thin 18 handguns down to about 5, and 15 long guns also to about 5.
I have none. Busy with other things right now. What are your gun related goals for 2017?
Not buy more guns...
This fits me. I have been down right stingy using up my ammo reserves with the pending election and spending quite a bit of time working. I may even re-join the range as I dropped the membership a couple years ago for lack of use.Relax, and start doing more shooting. I have been very conservative and cautious with ammo usage.
I am going to purchase a handgun that holds 20 rounds, hides in the pocket watch pocket of my jeans, will kill and elephant at one mile, has a 1 pound trigger but is perfectly safe to juggle. This weapon will not only insure my safety and security on the violent adventure self defense incident of my fantasies, it will convert attractive women into shooting range enthusiasts.
That's what they tell me.So a Glock, then?
I plan on leaving California for free America.
